The flangeless design of the Hoffer HO Series Wafer turbine flow meters provides for an economical, compact and lightweight alternative to flanged turbine flow meters. Hoffer Wafer flow meters are available in sizes ranging from 5/8” to 8” for use on either liquids or gases. These short wafer flow meters have pressure ratings designed to meet any flange as listed in ASME B 16.5. Using the short wafer design eliminates the flanges on the flow meter and is particularly suited for installation in applications where space is limited.
