Best applications for turbine flowmeters include a wide variety of market applications. Flowmeter applications include but not limited to; Aerospace flowmeters, Oil and gas flowmeters, Industrial custody transfer flowmeters, Gas and liquid flowmeters (Power generation), WFI water flowmeters, Sanitary flowmeters, Military grade flowmeters and Subsea flowmeters.
Liquid applications:
Low to moderate viscosity liquids. Typically clean though specific versions are designed for high solid content slurry service.
Gas applications:
Clean to moderately clean air, pure gases and gas blends for velocities up to 250 FT/SEC.
Cryogenic applications:
Cryogenic fluids with temperatures down to -450°F. For lower temperatures consult factory.
Steam applications:
Not recommended for measurement. May be used to clean turbine meters at low velocities and saturated conditions up to 300°F.
